Echo was rescued as a stray cat in SW Philadelphia. He is very friendly and loves to be pet. He was already neutered when we found him but has been updated on his vaccines, dewormed, tested for feline leukemia/FIV and received a flea treatment. Echo is very outgoing and would make a great companion for any family.
