Phantom was abandoned in a house when his owners moved. They left behind a litter pan and some dog food for him to eat. Poor Phantom waited for his family to return but they never did. He's only about a year old and was already neutered when we found him. He is very friendly and has been updated on his vaccines and tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS.  Phantom loves being around people and other cats, he was also used to living with a dog.
