Cosmo was rescued as a stray kitty in Philadelphia. He is extremely friendly and loves to be pet. Cosmo is only about 10 months old and is good with other cats and children. He would probably be fine with dogs as well. Cosmo has been neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS.
