Cooper is a sweet, friendly boy that was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. His previous owner abandoned him outside when they moved. He has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies and tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS. Cooper gets along well with other cats.
