Portia was rescued as a stray kitty from Port Richmond, Philadelphia. We don't know much about her past but only that she has been living outside since June. She must have been previously owned because she is extremely friendly and calm. Not only is Portia a beautiful cat but she has such a great personality. She gets along well with other cats and is good with children. Portia was already spayed when we found her but has been tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and updated on her rabies & FVRCP vaccine.
