Peanut and his sister, Paisley were adopted as kittens from Four the Paws. Unfortunately their owner is now pregnant and can no longer care for them. We would love if Paisley & Peanut could be adopted together. Peanut has been neutered and is about 2 years old. He is good with kids and other cats. Peanut has cerebeller hyperplasia which means his mom was exposed to the distemper virus while Peanut was in utero. This condition is not contagious. Peanut is able to live a fairly normal life has a cat but is wobbly. He can jump up on the couch but can only go up a few stairs so ideally his litter pan should be kept on a floor where he does not have to access stairs.
