Online Adoption Application

Sushi was rescued from a Philadelphia shelter with his siblings, Polly, Shirley, & Cody. Unfortunately the shelters receives hundreds of animals each week so his future looked grim. Sushi is a super sweet, adorable Siamese. He is about 8 weeks old (as of September 26th). Sushi has been tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS, vaccinated, and dewormed. He is scheduled to be neutered on October 6th. Make sure to check out Sushi's video!
