Scarlett was rescued as a stray kitten in Philadelphia. She is super friendly and loves to be pet. Scarlett is the perfect kitten. She would need to be adopted to a household where she has another cat to play with or a cat friendly dog. Scarlett has been spayed, received her 1st FVRCP vaccine, has been microchipped, dewormed and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
