Monique was rescued from a house in Philadelphia where their cat had kittens and they were just going to dump them outside. Monique is very sweet and loves to be pet. She has been spayed, received her 1st FVRCP vaccine, has been dewormed, microchipped and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
