Billy was rescued from Philadelphia when he and his brothers were found in a box. Billy is very friendly and loves to be around people and other cats. He has LOTS of energy. Billy must go to a home either with one of her siblings or to a household where he has another cat to play with. He has been neutered, received his 1st FVRCP vaccine, has been dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. He will need additional vaccines as he grows older and his new family will need to be responsible for getting those vaccines done.
