Lulu was found in the Northeast Section of Philly by a woman who rescues cats. She took her in and took care of her until she called Four the Paws to pick her up. Lulu went to a foster home where she is playing with other foster cats and sleeping in her bed. She is a friendly cat who loves to be petted and she is such a pretty cat. Lulu is spayed, received her 1st FVRCP vaccine, dewormed, received flea medication, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
