Wheeler was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. He is very sweet and loves to play. Wheeler has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies, microchipped and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. To adopt Wheeler please complete the online application at www.fourthepaws.org or you can meet him at the Newtown Petsmart adoption center located at 2600 S Eagle Rd. His adoption fee is $125 which includes the microchip registration.
