Billy was rescued as a stray kitten in Philadelphia. He is very sweet and has lots of energy. Billy would love to go to a home with another animal to play with. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. To adopt Billy please complete the online application at www.fourthepaws.org or you can meet Billy at the Newtown Petsmart adoption center located at 2600 S Eagle Rd. Billy's adoption fee is $125 which includes the microchip registration fee.
