Suelu was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. She was microchipped but her owner never claimed her. She is VERY friendly and loves to be pet. She was already spayed but has been updated on her vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, dewormed and received a flea treatment.
