Online Adoption Application

Cookie was rescued from a Levittown warehouse when the employees heard her crying behind some pallets. She is very friendly and loves to play. To adopt Cookie please complete the online application at www.fourthepaws.org, Cookie will be ready for adoption as of Friday, December 21st.

***When filling out your application please make sure it is complete, include full name, address, phone number, occupation, if renting list landlord phone number, if vet information is listed under a different name please list that name.  We will not hold kittens until Christmas, you must be ready to adopt once you have completed the application.  Preference will be given to homes with another cat or applicants that have adopted from Four the Paws before. ***
