Simon was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. He is VERY friendly and LOVES to lay in your lap. Simon would make a wonderful addition to any family. He was microchipped and neutered when we rescued him but his owner was not able to be contacted. Simon has been updated on his vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and has had blood work performed.
