Tiggs was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. He is very friendly and loves to be pet. Tiggs was already neutered when we rescued him but has been tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, vaccinated for rabies & FVRCP, dewormed and received a flea treatment.
