Online Adoption Application

Trixie was adopted from the PSPCA as an adult. Her owner could no longer keep her due to allergies so she gave her to a neighbor. The neighbor decided she did not want her anymore so she put her outside. Trixie then showed up at a bus stop which is where our volunteer found her. She was microchipped so we were able to contact her original owner and gather some history on her. Trixie was already spayed and declawed but has been updated on her vaccines and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. In addition she has been dewormed and has received a flea treatment.
