Billy was rescued outside with his brother when he was about 4 weeks old. He is very friendly and loves to wrestle with his brother, Harry. Billy has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and received his 1st FVRCP vaccine. To adopt Billy please complete out online application at www.fourthepaws.org or you can meet Billy at the Newtown Pet Valu located at 2814 S Eagle Rd as of 3 pm on Friday, June 22nd.
