Sissy was rescued as a stray in SW Philadelphia. She was VERY skinny and was starving for food. Sissy has been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. Sissy is very friendly and LOVES to be around people and get lots of attention. She is good with kids, other cats and would probably be fine with dogs.
