Bella was rescued just in the nick of time. A group of teenagers were about to set her on fire just minutes before our volunteer caught them. Bella is now safe and happy. She has been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. Bella is very friendly which made her an easy target for abuse.
